The APAC B2B buying committee has grown by two people
Regional deals that used to close with four names now close with six, and the two additions do not read your case studies. They read your documentation.

Across the enterprise deals our clients ran this year, the number of people who had to say yes went up. The new arrivals are consistent: someone accountable for security or data residency, and someone accountable for the integration surviving contact with the existing stack.
Neither of them is reachable by the marketing that reaches the other four.
They arrive with the tab already open
These two do not attend the webinar and they do not download the report. They are handed a shortlist and asked whether it is workable, and they answer by reading whatever is public: the docs, the security page, the integration list, the status history. If those are thin, the honest answer they give internally is that they cannot tell, and cannot tell is a no with a longer timeline.
What this changes about a regional content plan
- The documentation is marketing now. It is read by people who decide, before anyone in your funnel has met them.
- Data residency is a regional question with a per-market answer, and a single global page does not answer it.
- The case study still matters, for the other four. This is an addition to the plan, not a replacement.
Half the committee never touches the funnel. They read the product's paperwork and form a view, and that view is in the room before you are.
